• Mail, courier packages, and faxes (up to 100 pages free per month) are received daily, sorted by our administrative staff, and placed in your dedicated mail slot.
• For a small additional fee, our staff will phone you to advise when you have mail or faxes.

Phone Answering

• Includes personal, live phone answering by receptionist during normal office hours, and a confidential voice mail box on our telephone system
• If you wish, your calls can be answered, then re-routed off-site to your cell or to your home
• Monthly phone line costs billed to you by the phone company

Starter Website and Email:  your own internet domain (www.yourbusiness.com), up to 5 email addresses (you@yourbusiness.com), your own 2-page starter website, and hosting of your website:  from $65.00  (This offer available to tenants and virtual tenants only.)

     PACKAGE 5:

Address and Fax with Phone Answering and 4 hours/month of Boardroom Time:  from $140.00/month (On this package, your boardroom time can be anytime 7 AM to 11 PM).  Also on this package, you may pick-up your mail anytime between 7 AM and 11 PM, 7 days a week, from your personal, secure mailbox.

     PACKAGE 6:

All the features of PACKAGE 4 and PACKAGE 5 together:  $190.00/month

A LA CARTE BOARD ROOM TIME:

$25.00/hour (4 hours included free with Packages 4 and 5).  A La Carte boardroom booking time is 9 AM to 4 PM weekdays.  Boardroom is available to tenants and virtual tenants only (no non-tenant rentals).

Boardroom Usage

• As a Virtual Tenant, you will have access to our well-appointed boardroom, for a small hourly fee
• Board room is equipped with wall-mount LCD TV, DVD, cable TV, white board, flip-chart, and conference phone  
• Coffee and tea are included with boardroom usage.  Catering is also available
• Virtual tenants have access to the boardroom on weekdays during normal office hours - or subscribe to Package 5, and use the boardroom anytime between 7 am to 11 pm.  Bookings are first-come, first-served
